New Construction in Cary, Apex and Holly Springs

Western Wake is one of the busiest new-construction corridors in the state, and a builder’s own walkthrough is not an independent inspection. FPI inspects at three points: pre-drywall, when framing, flashing and rough plumbing and electrical are still visible; final walkthrough, before you sign; and the 11-month warranty inspection, before the builder’s one-year warranty runs out. On resale homes built from the late 1980s through the mid-1990s, we also check for polybutylene supply plumbing and the original builder-grade windows and HVAC, which are common findings in Cary and Apex subdivisions of that era.
