Jeff Favreau is a Certified Professional Inspector with twenty years of experience in the building materials industry — specifically doors, windows, and millwork. He didn’t come to home inspection as an outsider. He came from inside the industry, with deep product knowledge of the very components inspectors evaluate in every home they walk through.
That background gives Jeff something most inspectors don’t have: the ability to assess not just whether something is present, but whether it was installed correctly, whether it’s the right product for the application, and what its failure mode looks like. He’s seen how buildings are put together from a materials perspective, and he brings that knowledge to every report.
Jeff was born and raised in Maine and currently resides in Saco with his wife and kids.
