Meet Mike
Mike Drew is a Certified Master Inspector with a background that most home inspectors simply don’t have. His career has included residential construction, lumber yard operations and sales, and firefighting — including hazardous materials response training. That combination of hands-on building knowledge and emergency-response discipline shapes every inspection he conducts.
Firefighters are trained to see what others overlook. They work methodically under pressure, stay focused when situations are complicated, and never cut corners because corners matter. Mike brings that same mindset to residential and commercial property inspections — a natural ability to focus on details that allows him to thoroughly vet properties while delivering a clear, fair assessment of what he finds.
Mike enjoys working with both real estate professionals and homebuyers. His experience on both the construction and emergency-response side of residential property means he understands how homes are built, how they age, and what can go wrong — and he communicates all of it in a way that’s useful, not alarming.
