Job description
We are an Industry Leading Property Inspection Company with a Reputation for Knowledge and Excellent Service looking for a Growth Coordinator to join our growing team.
Role and Responsibilities
The Growth Coordinator is responsible for securing new business by identifying prospects, building a qualified sales pipeline using both inbound and outbound leads. The ideal candidate is results oriented with outstanding communication skills. He/She must be self-driven, motivated, and able to support the company sales goals.
- Establish relationships with new customers by proactively making calls to secure contracts and hit target revenue goals.
- Build a consistent pipeline of new business by creating relevant targeted lists of prospects using multiple avenues.
- Set meetings with prospective clients and coordinate follow-up activities when necessary.
- Learn and promote the company’s products and services.
- Ensure all sales activity is recorded consistently and accurately in CRM software.
- Proactively identify obstacles with new agents by working with the operations team.
- Ensure completion of sales and operation requirements by working with other departments.
- Represent to company and its brand in a positive and professional manner.
- Manage social media and marketing platforms.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detailed oriented.
- Time management skills.
- Technology skills – Google Docs, Zoom, CRM
- Social Media Savvy – Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube, LinkedIn, ect.
- Ability to shift focus/react appropriately as time-sensitive issues arise
- Ability to work independently without supervision and still achieve.
- Must be a Team Player
- Service-based attitude
Preferred Experience, Training, and Education
- Associates degree in business or related
- 1+ years inside and/or outside sales experience
- Real Estate Industry experience is a plus*
