James M. “Jay” McCabe, Jr. is a seasoned leader with a diverse background spanning military intelligence, business strategy, and nonprofit leadership. A retired Army Military Intelligence Officer and distinguished graduate of Texas A&M University-Central Texas, Jay holds an MBA from Centenary College of Louisiana’s Frost School of Business. His career includes high-level analytical roles, executive leadership in social impact initiatives, and expertise in employment law, AI, and machine learning. Currently serving as the Growth Coordinator for Focused Property Inspections (FPI), he brings his expertise in marketing, branding, and communications to the home and property inspection industry. An accomplished writer and speaker, Jay has published in Military Review and Infantry Magazine and has lectured at the U.S. Army War College.
