A Real Estate purchase is a major transaction for the individuals and companies that we serve and as an inspector it is your job to ensure that you are thorough in your evaluation of all aspects of the property and you effectively communicate the details to the client in a manner that they can understand. Your job is to provide each client with a knowledge and understanding of their property condition so that they are able to make an informed decision moving forward. 

A home buying or selling experience can be hectic and emotional for our clients so you must be able to handle all situations with finesse, professionalism, and expertise.

• Professional, reliable, presentable, and have an excellent driving record;
• Personal and articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excel at critical thinking and problem solving;
• Ability to handle the physical requirement of the job;
• Motivate and have the ability to work independently and ethically with minimal supervision;
• Be organized, communicate well, and have high attention to detail;
• Proficient computer and technology skills;

The ideal candidate is someone that wants to be a home inspector but does not want the responsibility (and headaches) of running their own business.  Focused Property Inspections has an office team to support the behind-the-scenes operations with answering the phones, scheduling appointments and marketing so that our inspectors can give their full focus to the inspection.
